That's me.
Well ok, it was a few years ago.
The energy is more or less the same though.
JOYFUL - EASY - PLAYFUL - JOYFUL - ACTIVE - and a little bit CHEERFUL.
And no, I couldn't take all that with me from my childhood. I lost it on the way to growing up. Or maybe it was just forgotten?
But you know what, it's not such a big deal, because in every single moment of our lives, we can decide again if we want to be happy, light and joyful.
this lightness and joy is the real us
In my 20s, I believed that the only way to change the world was to change things on the outside. That you have to explain and show people what is right and what is wrong. So that they can change. Because apparently only I and a few of my companions at the time had understood how things worked on this planet. Yes, I was an superior bitch - who didn't know any better.
I had this revolutionary fire burning inside me and I just couldn't understand how it was possible that there was so much injustice, violence and madness on this planet.
Fortunately, in life you always have the opportunity to move on. I decided to train as a bioenergy therapist in 2005.
And so the moment came when I realised that the real change begins in me. That I am only responsible for myself and that I am the creating force of everything.
In 2017, Access Consciousness found me. These tools changed my life. It was the first time in this lifetime that someone told me,
"You are the source to create
the change you desire."
What if you embodied consciousness so much in everything you do and are that others chose to become more conscious as a result? What if you were the inspiration for greater possibilities?

I think meditation is great - for others 😂 I prefer to do Access Bars©️. A bars treatment of one hour has an equivalent effect on the brain as 15 years of meditation. (Neuroscientifically proven)
